If normal asprin doesn't work try taking Arthritis headache crap. That's what me and my dad does if we have a migrane.

I had neck surgery and now I get terrible headaches. I take loratab when needed. I try not to take them if at all possible. I find many times excerdin works just as well if you can take asprin. Just donot take to many or it will upset you stomache it works pretty well. I also use a heating pad on my head and some people like cold packs.
Then you need to lay down I have tried pinching nerve points between my nose all those kind of things do not really work for me.
If they get really bad you nees to see you doctor so you can get a rx of some sort. Headaches are hell they can last forever and ruin your whole day I know. Good luck and see you doc.

Sleep. Cold compress.
I usually go in a quiet room, close the blinds or turn off the lights and lie down with a cool wet cloth on my forehead with my eyes closed. After a few minutes it will pass. Also as previously written, if it's a headache caused by caffeine withdrawal a few sips of Diet Coke will work well. If neither of these work I would then reach for a Tylenol or Acetaminophen.
Head On does work for some people. It distracts from the pain with smell and feeling.
Extended Release Tylenol Tablets...they work wonders!
