I used to be, but for the past few decades our State has been systematically ruined!! We are so deep in the RED I don't think we can ever have a balanced budget. We are being overrun by Illegals, by sucking all of the money out of the system that hardworking, taxpaying, legal Americans pay into on a daily basis! All of the liberal, tree-hugging, global warming believers & the entire State government / Representatives need to leave the STate & don't let the door hit you on the AS on the way out!!!
California is a good state because we preserve our natural trees we don't go cutting down entire forests to make room for shopping malls. Also we have an entire state forest dedicated to preserving seeds from around the world and especially from within the US to replenish after natural disasters.
Yes, California is a good state, but not from an environmental standpoint. One of my problems with the state is people were laid off because the state could not afford to pay their salaries. Another issue is overpopulation, because of more and more metro areas are forming all over the U.S. Overpopulation is contributing to climate change. We all know it, but feel the damage is already done, so....
