I think they were after money. The parents were the ones that let their child travel with him and stay overnight. The parents were just setting him up for getting money.
I really don't think he did it. I mean only God and the boys actually know. But I think those people saw MJ=$$$ and people will lie and do lots of other crazy things for money. It is sad. But anyways, I know he was a little strange, but I don't think he did that.
I wasn't there, so I don't know for certain whether he touched any child in an improper way. However, police did find pornographic material in his room, and he did give some of the boys wine. I'd like to believe that MJ really did want just an innocent sleepover and enjoyed just the fun of sharing a bed with a boy..friend, but I think that he may have crossed the line. Why else would he lock the bedroom door?
To anyone who truly paid attention to him and his life, the answer is quite obvious... YES! Among many, other inconsistencies with the charges, trials, statements, etc... if you were the parent of a child you suspected of being molested, would you be paid off ANY amount of money to "go away and be quiet," OR would you fight, till your last breath, for justice and to see the molester put away? I KNOW what I'd do!
I'm not sure there's any way we'll ever know. He was so famous that the media jumped on any behavior that they deemed suspicious, and I'm willing to bet that if anyone were placed under that kind of scrutiny, they would be falsely accused of something.
