Well, I do understand her thoughts to share what she believes, but it's not the best for everyone. I do think she needs to be fired.

She was fired for refusing to attend events that she was expected to attend. Anybody would have (and should be) fired for that.

All of the other issues should have been irrelevant and I hope that was the case.
