I get really pissed off for no reason sometimes, Idk why, but I do take medicine prescribed by the doctor...
find a cheap heavy bag or speed bag, buy it, then punch it until you arent upset anymore. plus you will do your body good by getting exercise so its a win win situation.
do some yoga to relasx, write a journal, write poetry to get anger express, go see a therapists whatever you do do not turn to med ication it is the worse way to solve your feelings , you can also take up a hobby to get your mind off of things
