He is using a cheatbot to harvest points faster, lame exploit really lol.

His computer could have been freezing up causing him to hit enter multiple times not knowing that it was posting his question each time.

One possibility is that his internet connection may have been slow or lagging, and when he clicked submit, it did not immediately show his question, so he pressed it multiple times resulting in there being multiples of the same question.
