Eczema may be because of something in your diet that you are allergic to. You can try drinking pure tomato juice. Apply lemon juice, coconut oil, or aloe vera to the affected area.
You may want to try limiting the amount of wheat gluten or yeast in the diet. Also, atrificial coloring in processed foods.

I dont know how to get rid of it but you can use aveeno cream and bath oil which is good. Also olive oil is good and drink lots of water. Some things such as dairy products can effect it so maybe try cutting them out of your diet. Also your washing powder/softner can sometimes irritate it. this is all from personal experience.. hope it helps.

If you're looking for a quick fix, try Kukui cream. Its made by a company called Oils of Aloha. Its been the best cream that I've ever used by far. I literally put it on the first night, and when I woke up, all the redness and inflammation was completely gone. I highly recommend it. Its all natural too if thats important.
Hydrocortisone 1% can be obtained over the counter. Beramethasone Valerate .1% requires prescription. You should consult a physician to make sure it isn't serious and figure out the source.
