he should get life no death can make up for another mikes dead killing the doctor wont bring him back
Big difference between manslaughter & murder, that's why he Can Not be up for the Death Sentence, murder cases not manslaughter .And even then state to state have strict guide-lines if Death Sentence is even an option.
I seriously do not believe it was the Doc's intent - premeditated to kill. That would be murder.
btw- I love Micheal Jackson :(
HELL NO. HIS DOCTOR WAS PAID FOR A SERVICE AND THAT SERVICE WAS TO ADMINISTER PAIN KILLERS TO MICHAEL. Unfortunately, Michael died. I'm not saying that there shouldn't be a consequence, but they both knew the hazards of their bizarre agreement.

iF FOUND GUILTY HE SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR IT.I DON'T THAT THE DEATH PENALTY IS THE WAY TO GO. OUR GOVERNMENT BELIEVE THAT THE DEATH PENALTY IS THE ANSWER FOR CRIMES OF MURDER AND RAPE. hOW CAN WE CLAIM THAT IT IS JUSTICE TO KILL SOMEONE FOR KILLING SOMEONE ELSE. IF YOU ASK ME, IT NOTHING MORE THAN A BIG CIRCLE AND IT ALL ENDS IN DEATH. oUR GOVERNMENT SHOULD FOCUS MORE ON REALLY REHABILITATING PEOPLE.
Hell no death penalty is gay

No M J knew what he was doing. The doctor should not be able to practice again.
MJ was not a child he did it to himself which is very sad.

You don't usually get the death penalty for Manslaughter

That question is really clueless. Manslaughter by definition precludes the death penalty. You can only get the death penelty for 1st degree murder. You can't get the death penalty for 2nd degree murder, let alone manslaughter (which is a lesser crime).

Yes, cause Diprivan, which is administered intravenously and known by its generic name propofol, can lead to respiratory failure. It was allegedly found at Jackson's rented home during a police search after the superstar's death and is rumored to have been used by the him in the past to treat insomnia. This Drug is ONLY TO BE USED in the hospital. His doctor let MJ have it to be used at his house but its legal to let this happen cause this drugs needs people to watch incase that something does happen

no, i don't believe it was intentional

no, Michael took the drugs on his own accord.

no they are just trying to mke an example of someone. When somebody passes away they always try to blame someone else for it.
no . i mean there is a difference between manslauqhter && murder . if he did it intentionally then yea . but if it was an accident then no .
