Stuff like naturist clubs, nude beaches, or imagine if the city you live in decided to allow nudity for a day at a local park or pool.
(of course, public sex would still be outlawed)

In Vermont your allowed to be naked in public as long as your not touching yourself. There is even a naked bike race.

We all look the same, male or female. It doesn't appeal to me. I think most people look better with clothes on. If you ever watch documentaries about small obscure undeveloped countries you will see how mostly nude people live primatively. I think you are asking from a vouyeristic point of view.
