Never, had lots of friends who work as waiters/waitress. They eat the money on those dine/dash bills. Here they are working for next to nothing and tips and you lovely people steal from them-Nice. Sometimes the boss lets it slide, but not always. They usually work for less than minimal wage plus the tips they earn.
I was a wild teen-did alot of bad stuff-but I did not steal from people, ever! Maybe give that a thought next time.
Pretty lame concept (and, pretty lame of the people who do it), don't you think? I've done some "not so smart" things in my younger years; however... I'm just glad I made it past those years and am a totally different person now. There's no way I'd ever do anything like that. Very dishonest, and... uuuuuuh... criminal?!
I never have but if I were a waitress and someone did it to me, I'd be angry because I'd probably be the one who would get in trouble and have to pay for it. When I was waitressing in the past, a table walked out because their waitress was taking too long and they basically had several free drinks.
no I have not, but my brother in law tried it one time when he took us out to dinner...told us to meet him in the car he was going to pay the bill and got caught sneaking out the back door...we ended up paying it..can't remember how much it was..it was way back in the 70's
