Is it true that your first pregnancy gets rid of painful and Feverish Cramps?

I have terrible expierinces I'm 18. felt soo feverish a few days ago.

Sorry to say, nope. I actually didn't have them too bad until I got my tubes tied, & then they were SO much worse.
