1. I am 13 years old.
2. I have Type 1 Diabetes and get 3 shots a day which makes me weaker than people usually my age.
3. Last time I checked, I was like 75 pounds
4.I play outside almost every day and run around playing football to stay fit
5. My 6 year old male cousin can pick me up and carry me (Lol) but I can pick him up too, but still, it's weird...Same with my 8 year old female cousin
6. I want 6 Pack Abs
7. I accidentally slapped a glass and it broke (Lmao) I don't get in trouble for that kind of stuff...my parents are like "Oh it's ok it's just a glass." (Lol!)
8. I get out of breath real quick when I run
9. I try to avoid alot of sweets (because of my Diabetes)
10. I play alot on my Wii (At least 2 hours of physical activity video games.)
Go get a Iron Gym
They are great for upper body and core strength.
They come with ab straps that u can use to do hanging sit ups. I have only had it for a week now and im alreddy seeing results!
you gatta do ab work outs like crunches. I sit on the ground and lean up a little and put my hands up and twist to touch the ground each side at a time, it works. Do at least 2 sets of 60 each day
push-ups won't help you get a six pack very quickly,
same with lifting weights using your arm muscles, however there are weightlifting exercises that can help you strengthen your abs and help you get a six pack
You want a well-rounded workout routine. Lifting weights will be great for you, but don't forget cardio. Cardio fitness usually gives the fastest results for slimming the abs. Weights and crunches etc... wil help build your muscle mass.
You should lift weights and if you have the money maybe go to the gym, because I went to the gym at 13 and now i'm 14 with nice abs. But lifting weights will ultimately make you stronger but for abs do push-ups and aerobics.
