i dropped mine in a puddle... blow drying it did nothing... time for a new phone
The Rice Way sounds effective, try it ASAP! Blow Dryers could work too, but I dont think as well.

Take the battery out, and put the phone and battery into rice......the person below me reccommends it too. It saved my phone, and my money :D
take the battery out and separate the phone and the battery and put them in two different bags of rice.

Pretty grim. Sometimes if you let dry out you get lucky? If not hope you had good insurance on it. The cell phone people will not cover "washing". Good luck.

If your sticker hasn't changed color, you may be able to get it replaced. If not, take the battery out and let the phone sit in a bag of rice or grits over night.
You can't "fix" it.
If it dries out, it might work but if not, dont take it to the service store. They can see a little dot that turns red/or white when it gets wet. They can tell its water damage. They wont replace it, and wont fix it. They will make you cover either all the cost or if you have insurance they will make you pay a deductable.

Take it apart as much as you can and let it dry out really good.

Was it immersed, or just wiped? A blow dryer might do the trick, if not you may have to get a new cell phone.

You can put the phone in uncooked rice. This takes out the water.

By the way, why did you wash the phone? Did it fall in the toilet or something that it needed to be washed?

Usually you cant fix it but sometime if you let it sit and dry it might start working again.
