Just having a look at your blog now, and my first thought was that the layout/template looks really friendly and welcoming.
I find the information very useful and it is written well.
However I have find all the information all squashed together. Perhaps you could work on putting the information into more categorized sections so that it would be easier for readers to find what they are looking for in your blog, easier.

Overall, i'd say you have a great blog :)
