what's the best way to use the internet?

ex. Internet explorer, safari, firefox, etc.....?

I use firefox or safari

Definitely firefox.
the way it has been coded it is harder to get spyware and viruses while browsing with it.

Internet Explorer is the worse to use because of that reason.

Google Chrome is one of the fastest and sleekest but it doesnt give you anything other then browsing. (No add-ons, and i like add-ons)

Firefox or safari

I'd like to know too

Definitely Internet Explorer or Firefox. Those 2 are the best internet browsers out right now. Unless you have a Mac, then of course use safari but i don't recomend safari.
