Janet, I think she is just the right age to take on the kids, his mother is getting up in years. I don't think Debbie Rowe should get them I dont think she really cares for the kids.
I think his mother is too old to raise young kids. I think that Janet should get the kids. I heard somewhere that Michael wanted to give the kids to Janet if something happened to him. She has the money to take care of them and she is young enough to be a good caregiver.
His mother. But definetly keep the dad away from them. Look how he screwed up Michael! He would only want the money anyway. Jermaine does not look like he is doing much, why doesn't he take them. Or Janet. But not Latoya, she has her own problems.
Michael spoke well of his own mother, but if they go to her, then Michael's father will "be there."

Of course if Debby wanted the children, should should speak of. I would question her motives, as she has proven to be very mercenary.

That said, giving the allegations and rumors Michael and LaToya (and various employees of the Jacksons) have made- regarding their upbringing, as well as the ages of Michael's parents- I tend to think it should, either, be Janet or another stable (sane) sibling, of Michael's. As far as the nanny... she should have, maybe, visitation rights (if that is agreeable with the person who is raising the children); however, it should be supervised, so as not to put them in a situation that could potentially be further damaging to the children. Joseph and Katherine will always be able to see their grandchildren; however, I'm not so sure it's in the best interests of the children for them to be the legal guardians.
