i use whatever beer i have in the fridge to cook brats or italian sausages in. it's usually bud light.

I use Sierra Nevada Pale Ale when I'm making my French bread and red wine in my spaghetti sauce. Sometimes I use Irish Cream, Amaretto, and others for desserts.
