Why are you IN a movie, but you're ON TV?

because your in the movie thats on the tv.............. idk

because movies aren't shot life. Therefore you are IN a movie because you are capture in film and played later. Even though TV is also pre recorded sometimes they also say So-n-So is going to be on Letterman.

cause it was a movie when you made it...now it's just another TV show

Because if you say you're in TV it means either actually in the set itself or that you work in the industry.
